Please bring your dog’s regular food, lead, bed or blanket, and any favourite toys or treats. Keeping familiar items helps them settle quickly. If your dog takes medication, please include clear instructions.
Yes – most friendly, well-socialised dogs are welcome, from small terriers to larger breeds. I may arrange a short “meet and greet” first to make sure everyone gets along and your dog feels comfortable here.
I keep numbers very low to ensure every guest gets plenty of individual attention and calm surroundings – usually just one household at a time.
Your dog will sleep inside my home in a comfortable, safe space – no kennels or cages. If they’re used to sleeping in a crate, you can bring it along.
Very rarely, and never for long. Most of the day I’m home with the dogs, giving them company, playtime, and walks. If I do need to pop out briefly, they’ll be left in a secure, comfy space.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date with flea and worm treatments. Please bring proof of vaccinations at the meet and greet. I can’t accept dogs that are unwell, in season, or aggressive.
Yes! I know it can be hard being apart, so I send regular photo or video updates so you can see how your dog is enjoying their holiday.
Yes – every guest enjoys daily countryside walks in and around Woodbridge. Walk lengths and frequency are tailored to your dog’s age, fitness, and routine.
Yes, I offer both day care and overnight stays (subject to availability). Day care is ideal if you’re at work or out for the day and want your dog to have company.
That’s no problem at all. I’m experienced with administering oral medication and following set routines. Just provide clear written instructions and any supplies needed.
Simply fill in the enquiry form on the website or contact me directly. I’ll then arrange a short visit for you and your dog to come and see the environment before confirming any booking.
Your dog’s welfare is always my top priority. I have your vet’s details on file, and I’m registered with a local veterinary practice for emergencies. You’ll be contacted immediately if any issues arise.
Yes – a small non-refundable deposit (10%) secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on collection. Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking may incur a fee. Full details are in the booking terms.
Yes. I’m fully licensed by the local council (License No: 23/00022/AW18LI) and insured through Cliverton Insurance (CLIV007619PM). My certificate is displayed in my home and can be shown upon request.
